- We hereby agree to keep the term of this registration, and the information obtained by virtue of membership in the Credit Bureau, completely confidential, and shall not disclose the same to any party, except as may be required by the competent authorities. We have read and accepted the standard terms and conditions of the Credit Bureau / Credit Net.
- We accept that the information provided to us by Decol Debt Collections LLC as a result of this membership will be accurate to the best of their knowledge, and recognize that Decol Debt Collections LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences, financial or otherwise, arising out of the use made of the information provided to us under this agreement.
- An invoice for the payment of Dhs 1,000.00 being the Bureau membership fee for one year will be issued upon receipt of this email.
- Upon receipt of the membership fee and agreement to the Terms and Conditions, Decol Debt Collections LLC will register me as a member of the Credit Bureau, they will supply me with a registration number, a membership certificate and a Credit Bureau invoice stamp.
- After receiving the membership certificate, we will have the right to include the Bureau stamp on all invoices issued by our company, and add the Bureau warning notice to all invoice reminders issued by our company.
