- The undersigned hereby appoint Decol Debt Collections LLC to act on our behalf, as managers, with respect to the recovery of the debt owed to us as described below.
- The undersigned hereby state that, to the best of our knowledge the described debt is genuine and that we know of no reasonable reason for non payment by the debtor.
- The undersigned agree to have no further contact with the debtor in relation to the recovery of the described debt and shall pass all subsequent correspondence received from the debtor in this regard directly to Decol Debt Collections L.L.C.
- Recovery fees due to Decol Debt Collections L.L.C. shall be as a percentage of the amount recovered or a percentage of the value of any goods recovered. We shall be informed of the recovery fees due to Decol Debt Collections L.L.C. and shall confirm our acceptance of the said fees in writing before any recovery is commenced.
- The undersigned accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of Decol Debt Collections L.L.C. at any time during the management of this debt, and Decol Debt Collections L.L.C. accept this case on the basis that they are indemnified against any consequences arising out of their actions.
- We acknowledge the fact that Decol Debt Collections L.L.C. reserves the right to charge the quoted percentage rate fee on this debt if proven to have been paid prior to written authorization being given.
- Withdrawal policy - any time that a claim is withdrawn, for whatever reason, during the collection of the claim or the appeared collection of the claim, Decol Debt Collections LLC charge the full commission.
