Similar information will be entered into the server from as many of you as join, all with a different security coding.
Your list will be provided by you to Decol via our website registration format.

Customer is defaulting in your opinion.
Report the company to the server X days before you decide to terminate services or indeed cease the account. The Company will be listed as Default only at this stage.
DECOL WILL SEND A LETTER TO THE CONCERNED STATING THEY WILL BE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE WITHIN SEVEN ( 7 ) DAYS SHOULD THEY FAIL TO CONTACT YOU. RESOLVE THE DISPUTE. PAY. NEGOTIATE TERM OF PAYMENT.
Should they not contact you we will publicize this on our Website.
The defaulter will normally look for other Companies to extend them credit at this time. Maybe they will come to you for credit?
Run a check through the database supplied by other Members. Any and all defaults or Terminations will be highlighted to any Member who runs a credit check.
It should be considered unusual for a company to issue credit to a known defaulter?
Should the defaulter not clear the account and you are then prepared to terminate your services, back this up by reporting them as Terminated to the server.
If the Company clears the account, and you wish to continue trading, advice the server of such, so they may be removed as a defaulter.
The Server will therefore only contain known defaulters or terminated Companies.
